Microstratagem stands for micro strategies. Microstratagem specializes in reengineering business processes and operational models, eliminating bottlenecks and innefficiecies using data science, statistical analysis, Agile methodologies and organizational, as well as consumer behavior.

Our founder, Sylvia K Ladunga compiled change management and business process reengineering best practices and lessons learned from having consulted for projects in over 30 countries on five continents specializing in solutions where private sector technology and government intersect.

Sylvia holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master's in Economics from The American University in Washington DC.

Just like long-lasting change is achieved by what you do day-in, day-out culminating in habit change - organizational change is achieved by aggregate, micro improvements, 1% change at a time.
